What it can do
- Find a contact and see their details, consent status, open tasks and recent history.
- Add a new contact, with where their consent came from so Canada's anti-spam rules (CASL) stay intact.
- Log a note on a contact after a call or a showing.
- Set a follow-up: once in a few days, or repeating weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly.
- Start a new listing with the seller and the expected list price.
- List your active deals and listings with their key dates, and add a task to any of them, for yourself or a teammate.
It can never do more than your own Keyvera account can, and it only sees your own workspace. It cannot delete anything or send email.
Before you start
You need a Keyvera account and a paid plan with the AI app. The connector address is https://keyvera.ca/api/mcp.
Claude
Keyvera is in Claude's connectors directory, so there is no address to paste. The quickest way in is Settings, then Integrations in Keyvera: Add to Claude on the Claude card.
- Open Keyvera in Claude's connectors (or, in Claude, go to Customize, then Connectors, and search for Keyvera). Click Connect.
- Claude sends you to keyvera.ca to sign in and approve. Click Allow.
- In a chat, make sure the Keyvera tools are switched on. On your phone, the connector follows your Claude account.
- On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds Keyvera for the organization once, then everyone connects with their own login.
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Connectors, and turn on Developer mode under Advanced.
- Choose Create and paste the address above.
- ChatGPT sends you to keyvera.ca to sign in and approve. Click Allow.
- We recommend turning off "Improve the model for everyone" in ChatGPT's data controls so your CRM data is not used for training.
Grok
- Open grok.com and go to Connectors.
- Choose New Connector, then Custom, and paste the address above.
- Grok sends you to keyvera.ca to sign in and approve. Click Allow.

Disconnecting and your data
In Keyvera, go to Settings, then Integrations, and choose Disconnect on the app's card. Access stops right away. Removing the connector in the AI app's own settings is a good idea too. What the AI app keeps from your conversations is covered by that app's own privacy terms; what Keyvera does is in our privacy policy.
